Privacy Policy

• Account & contact. Your name, email address, phone number, and the password you set.
• Profile & billing. Home address, company, and preferred airport or FBO, when you choose to add them.
• Travel documents. Passport number and related details — only when you add them for international travel.
• Travel preferences. Your onboarding answers and settings (cabin class, usual routes, catering and dietary notes, ground transport) used to tailor your quotes.
• Booking activity. Trips you request, quote history, and messages with our concierge and with operators.
• Payment information. Card and billing details are collected and processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Jetgora does not store your full card number.
• Device & usage data. App and device type, and basic analytics needed to run and secure the service.

• Provide, operate, personalize, and improve the service and your account.
• Prepare quotes and relay the trip and passenger details required to fulfill a booking to the operator you select.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and handle refunds.
• Respond to your requests and provide concierge support.
• Send service messages (booking confirmations, quote updates) and, if you opt in, occasional offers.
• Maintain safety and security, prevent fraud, and comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the service:

• Aircraft operators — the trip and passenger details needed to fly you, once you book or request a quote.
• Payment processing — Stripe, to charge, refund, and secure payments.
• Service providers — vendors who help us operate (for example, email delivery, in-flight catering arrangement, and cloud hosting), under confidentiality obligations and only for those purposes.
• Legal & safety — when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of travelers, operators, or Jetgora.

Payments are processed by Stripe under its own terms and privacy policy. Booked charter flights are a real-world transportation service delivered by the operator.

We keep your information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax, and safety recordkeeping requirements. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information, except records we are required to retain by law.

• Access & correction. View and update your profile anytime in Settings.
• Delete your account.Settings → Security → Delete Account permanently removes your account and personal data from the app.
• Marketing. Opt out of promotional messages anytime in Notifications settings or via the unsubscribe link.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights — such as access, portability, deletion, or to opt out of certain processing. Contact us to exercise them.

We use encryption in transit and access controls to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your data and limit access to those who need it.

Jetgora is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed to children.

If you use Jetgora from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where we or our providers operate.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. We’ll post the new version here and update the effective date; we’ll flag significant changes in the app.
